A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Newly Qualified Court of Protection Solicitor to join its expanding team in Manchester. The firm boasts over 200 specialists in its Court of Protection department, managing 1,300 deputyships and led by 15 partners, making it one of the most comprehensive practices in the country.

You will work closely with experienced lawyers and respected partners, gaining exposure to a variety of high-value, complex property and financial deputyship cases. Who We’re Looking For

• An NQ solicitor with a genuine interest in Court of Protection (property & affairs) work
• Some experience in COP or private client work is beneficial but not essential

• Keen to specialize and progress in a dynamic, people-centered practice area
• Positive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn from sector-leading experts
