About the Court of Protection Team:

The team provides tailored legal advice for individuals with diminished mental capacity, focusing on deputyship applications, statutory wills, and property & affairs management. They are known for their empathetic, client-centric approach.

Responsibilities:

• Support experienced lawyers on deputyship cases and manage your own caseload.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
• Receive mentoring and support to develop expertise in this area of law.

Requirements:

• Qualified NQ+ Solicitor or Legal Executive with Court of Protection experience.
• Calm under pressure, proactive, and able to support colleagues.
• Strong numeracy skills and accuracy, comfortable with budgets.
• Empathy and confidence in working with vulnerable clients and their families.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
