About the Court of Protection Team:

The team provides legal advice and support for individuals with diminished mental capacity, often post-trauma. They focus on protecting clients' best interests through deputyship applications, statutory wills, and property & affairs management.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

As an Associate Solicitor, you will work with a multidisciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes for clients regarding their property and financial affairs. You will support experienced lawyers on complex deputyship cases and manage your own caseload. The role offers valuable experience and confidence-building opportunities with extensive mentoring and support.
