About the Court of Protection Team:

The team provides tailored legal advice for individuals with diminished mental capacity, often after traumatic brain injuries. They focus on protecting clients' interests through deputyship applications, statutory wills, and property & affairs management.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

As an Associate Solicitor, you will work with a multi-disciplinary team to secure the best outcomes for clients regarding their property and financial affairs. You will support experienced lawyers on complex cases and manage your own caseload, gaining valuable experience in a supportive environment.

You will receive mentoring and support to develop expertise and responsibilities within the team.
