Sellick Partnership is working with a Top 100 national law firm to recruit a Corporate Solicitor (NQ-2 PQE) for its Birmingham office. You will advise on a broad range of corporate matters and gain exposure to high-quality transactions in a supportive environment.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified to 2 PQE Corporate Solicitor to join the Birmingham office of a Top 100 national law firm with an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality legal advice to a diverse client base. Working as part of a highly regarded corporate team, you will advise on a broad range of matters including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, corporate restructures, shareholder agreements, joint ventures, and general corporate advisory work. You will gain exposure to high-quality, complex transactions while working alongside experienced partners and senior lawyers in a collaborative and supportive environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious junior solicitor looking to develop their career with a firm that offers exceptional training, genuine progression opportunities, and exposure to premium corporate work.
