Clear Legal & Financial Recruitment is seeking a newly qualified solicitor to join a busy Commercial Property Department in Harrogate. You will handle a varied caseload for landlords, tenants, investors, businesses and private clients under supervision of the Head of Commercial Property.

Qualifikationen

• Newly Qualified Solicitor joining busy Commercial Property Department.
• Handle varied caseload for landlords, tenants, investors, businesses and private clients.
• Experience with commercial property matters and client communications.

Aufgaben

• Manage a varied commercial property caseload from instruction to completion with supervision.
• Handle commercial property acquisitions and disposals including freehold and leasehold.
• Advise on landlord and tenant matters including drafting and negotiating leases, licences and renewals.
• Assist with property finance transactions for borrowers and lenders as appropriate.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial property documents.
• Prepare title reports and provide clear, practical legal and commercial advice.
• Deal with Land Registry applications and Stamp Duty Land Tax returns.
• Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, surveyors and other advisers.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and progress updates.
• Ensure compliance with SRA requirements and AML obligations.
• Collaborate with Corporate, Property Litigation and Private Client teams.
• Support client retention and business development.
• Attend networking events to develop new business.
