NQ Commercial Property Solicitor

Location: Kent, East Kent

Salary: £36,000 - £48,000

Our clients, a long-established, multi-office Kent firm with roots dating back to the 1800s, are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team at their East Kent offices.

About the Role

They are looking for a Solicitor with 0-2 years PQE, a strong background, and good training. Working under the supervision of the Head of Department, you will handle a busy caseload including land development, landlord and tenant transactions, purchase and sale of businesses, investment properties, and general commercial conveyancing.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years property experience, strong communication and client-facing skills, and an interest in business development.
