Kennedys is looking for an Associate and a Litigation Assistant to work on complex liability and injury matters, mainly within employers and public liability. The successful candidate will handle a range of claims and assist effectively on larger cases. A working knowledge of coverage is preferred.

Team

Our national practice handles personal injury claims across seven UK offices. The Manchester team is a key player in the local market, ranked top for defendant personal injury by legal directories. We work on complex, high-profile cases, led by experienced Partners recognized as sector leaders. We often handle UK cases requiring cross-border quantum investigations through our international offices.

We focus on partnership with clients and modern solutions, including our in-house R&D and innovative technological tools.
