Job summary

Regional Recruitment is seeking an experienced NPORS Banksman for a site in Oswestry. Immediate start available and a competitive rate reflects DOE.

The role requires a valid NPORS Banksman qualification, CSCS where required, and proven on-site experience. You will direct vehicles, maintain safety, and work as part of a professional construction team.

This site-based position offers ongoing work and clear communication from site management.

Qualifications

• NPORS Banksman qualification essential.
• CSCS card where required by site.
• Previous Banksman experience on a construction site.
• Good knowledge of site health and safety procedures.
• Clear communication and reliable, punctual approach.

Responsibilities

• Direct and marshal site vehicles and plant safely.
• Guide reversing vehicles and plant per site procedures.
• Assist with safe movement of deliveries around the site.
• Ensure pedestrians and vehicles are segregated for safety.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, plant operators and site management.
• Maintain awareness of hazards and changing site conditions.
• Follow RAMS and health and safety procedures at all times.
• Assist with site access and egress when required.
• Maintain good timekeeping and attendance.
• Keep work areas clean, organised and free from hazards.
• Wear PPE and maintain a professional appearance.
• Report hazards or unsafe practices promptly.
• Undertake ad-hoc duties as directed by site management.
