  • Understanding of quality standards and the importance of controlled manufacturing processes.
  • Competent IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues across different functions.
  • A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to manage priorities and work independently when required.
Desirable:
  • Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) or transferring products from engineering into production.
  • Experience in electronics, RF, microwave, semiconductor or other high-reliability manufacturing environments.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes, assembly techniques and process optimisation.
  • Experience with engineering builds, production trials, process validation or continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing documentation and engineering change control.
  • Experience with manufacturing equipment, tooling, fixtures and jigs.
  • Familiarity with MRP, ERP or PLM systems.
