Job summary

Graduate Career Solutions is seeking an NPI Technician to support the introduction of new products from design through to full-scale production in Lincoln, United Kingdom. You will collaborate with Engineering, Production and Quality teams to ensure timely launches and adherence to quality standards.

In this role, you will develop manufacturing processes, tooling and test procedures, create production documentation, assist with product trials and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing

Qualifications

  • Experience in manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork.

Job description
