Job summary

Mane Contract Services is seeking a Procurement and Supply Chain professional to own sourcing for multiple projects and NPIs, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence and quality across engineering, manufacturing and supplier networks.

You will guide supplier selection, develop sourcing strategies, drive risk mitigation, and maintain ERP/MRP data and dashboards to track progress ahead of product launches.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in procurement, purchasing or supply chain.
• Experience in engineering, manufacturing or production environments.
• Experience managing purchasing or supply chain activities for projects or NPI.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
• Strong supplier management and stakeholder management capability.
• Commercial awareness with pricing and supplier agreement negotiation.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience using ERP and MRP systems (JD Edwards, SAP or Oracle).
• Proven track record in demanding project environments where cost, quality and delivery matter.

Responsibilities

• Act as a core member of procurement and supply chain teams supporting multiple NPI projects.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing and project teams to source prototype and production parts.
• Develop supply chains ahead of product launches ensuring cost, quality and delivery targets.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritise changing requirements.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with suppliers.
• Maintain ERP/MRP data and generate project dashboards to track progress and risks.
• Lead supplier selection, assessment and onboarding activities.
• Communicate engineering changes and project requirements to suppliers.
• Develop sourcing strategies and supplier packs, and contribute to business cases.
