Roles and Responsibilities:
  1. Manage engineering changes and coordinate NPI activities.
  2. Track engineering changes across teams effectively.
  3. Lead technical aspects of projects for customers.
  4. Ensure all requirements are captured early in the NPI process.
  5. Identify opportunities for LEAN processes and improve margins by managing costs such as NRE and tooling.
  6. Report progress and escalate issues as needed.
  7. Verify products after manufacturing completion.
  8. Prepare overhead and expense quotations.
  9. Collaborate with the bids team on cost submissions.
  10. Complete PFMEA documentation.
Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:
  1. Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience.
  2. Experience managing change and LEAN processes.
