Job description

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a NPI Manufacturing & Quality Engineer to join a market leader in industrial ink jet products based in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire.

The NPI Manufacturing & Quality Engineer, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, will report to the Head of NPI and will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless transition of new electronic products from concept to full-scale production.

This role will be responsible for supporting design for manufacturability and overseeing the roll-out of concepts through to full-scale production to meet on-time delivery and cost targets.

The ideal candidate will have a background in:

• Electronic hardware manufacturing processes
• New Product Introduction (NPI), New Product Development (NPD), and Design for Manufacture (DFM)
• PPAP documentation and submission
