3. Identify and resolve technical issues during the NPI phase.
4. Develop and implement process improvements for efficiency.
5. Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
2. Proven experience in NPI or product development.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
