Qualifications

• Basic understanding of operations, processes and manufacturing concepts.
• Knowledge of basic mechanical and/or optical design principles.
• Flexibility to travel mostly to Germany for up to three weeks.

• Introduce and transfer new laser products into manufacturing.
• Participate in development phases and analyze pilot run results.
