Our Client is a leader in the innovative ready-to-eat category and is seeking a driven and detail-oriented NPD Technologist to join their passionate team.

What You'll Do

As the crucial link between development kitchen and production floor, you'll lead the transition from concept to launch, ensuring products meet top-tier quality, shelf-life and commercial targets. Your work will directly support the delivery of customer-ready, innovative solutions in fresh food.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead product factory trials and ensure smooth industrialisation
Conduct R&D projects and raw material assessments
Collaborate across Packaging, Technical, Production, and more
Support equipment trials and recipe optimisation
Liaise with high-profile customers and attend NPD meetings
Drive continuous improvement in production processes

What We're Looking For

Experience taking products from trial to factory launch
Strong knowledge of food safety, shelf-life & quality standards
Degree/HND in Food Tech/Science (desirable)
HACCP Level 2 (essential) & Level 3 Food Safety (desirable)
Confident communicator with FMCG technical background
