Job Description:

NPD Project Manager — High Growth Disruptor Brand

Hybrid working, 4 days per week based in a Central London office and 1 day from home

Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum + Bonus, Pension, Healthcare, Life Insurance, and Holiday

Our client—one of the fastest-growing and most innovative brands in the UK—is seeking an NPD Project Manager to support the coordination, management, and execution of both new and existing product initiatives. In this role, you'll work closely with the Chief Product Officer (CPO), gaining hands-on experience across the full product lifecycle—from initial concept through to launch. You’ll play a key role in liaising with internal and external teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. With a strong focus on process optimization and cross-functional collaboration, this role offers the opportunity to grow into full project ownership while contributing directly to the continued success of a high-performing product team.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of new product development (NPD) and existing product development (EPD) projects, driving them from concept to completion across various categories.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project execution and alignment.
  • Oversee and manage detailed project timelines, tasks, and milestones to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including design, marketing, supply chain, and operations—to bring products to life.
  • Leverage Excel and other tools to track progress, analyze data, and generate clear, actionable reports.
  • Support product quality assurance and ensure all outputs align with brand standards and resonate with customer needs.
  • Contribute to product ideation and innovation through regular brainstorming sessions and trend research.

Position Requirements:

Experience in an NPD/EPD project management role, ideally in a D2C or FMCG manufacturing environment.

A project management certification (Prince 2, PMP etc) would be advantageous.

Strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Self-starter with a strong work ethic and follow-through.

Highly organised; able to juggle multiple priorities.

Basic Excel skills (advanced training provided).

Curious, quick learner with a love for solving problems.

Good taste and intuition for great products.

Customer-first mindset and team collaboration skills.

Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
