Job Description
NPD Project Manager — High Growth Disruptor Brand
Hybrid working, 4 days per week based in a Central London office and 1 day from home
Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum + Bonus, Pension, Healthcare, Life Insurance, and Holiday
Our client—one of the fastest-growing and most innovative brands in the UK—is seeking an NPD Project Manager to support the coordination, management, and execution of both new and existing product initiatives. In this role, you'll work closely with the Chief Product Officer (CPO), gaining hands-on experience across the full product lifecycle—from initial concept through to launch. You’ll play a key role in liaising with internal and external teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. With a strong focus on process optimization and cross-functional collaboration, this role offers the opportunity to grow into full project ownership while contributing directly to the continued success of a high-performing product team.
