Job Description

What you will be doing:

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding development, optimisation, and improvement projects from brief to launch.
• Act as the primary liaison between all departments to ensure smooth launch of new products or changes in the factory.
• Manage end-to-end packaging development, including process and legal checks, until sign-off for development projects, design, or legal updates.
• Organize industrial trials, communicate results, recommend actions/improvements, and follow up on them.
• Ensure compliance with production, quality, and legal requirements, alongside customer specifications.

What you will need to succeed:

• Experience in FMCG, Food manufacturing, Food transformation, or NPD.
• Confident communicator capable of leading and delivering customer meetings.
• Flexibility in working hours and willingness to travel to client sites.
• Ability to lead and deliver multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong educational background, ideally a degree in Food Technology or Food Science.
