DW Windsor seeks an experienced NPD & Product Lifecycle Manager to own a portfolio of exterior lighting solutions. You will drive new product development, shape product strategy and ensure the range meets evolving customer, market and regulatory requirements.
This is a hands-on, physical product role within a manufacturing environment, coordinating between engineering, sales, marketing, operations and customers to deliver successful product launches and ongoing lifecycle management.

This is a highly influential role where you'll drive new product development, shape future product strategy and ensure our product range continues to meet evolving customer, market and regulatory requirements.

Our products illuminate streets, public realm developments, transport infrastructure, residential schemes and commercial environments, combining performance, innovation and design excellence.
As NPD & Product Lifecycle Manager, you will lead the strategic development and ongoing management of our lighting portfolio, acting as the link between engineering, sales, marketing, operations and customers.
You will use market intelligence, customer insight and commercial analysis to identify opportunities, define product roadmaps and successfully deliver new products to market while optimising the performance of existing ranges.
We're looking for a commercially minded and technically capable product professional who enjoys turning market opportunities into successful physical products.
Experience within one or more of the following sectors would be highly advantageous:
Knowledge of lighting standards, smart lighting technologies, IoT, connected systems or sustainability-focused product development would also be beneficial.
