We are seeking an NPD Process Specialist/NPD Technologist based in the Wakefield/Leeds area. The role involves working Monday – Friday, with flexible start times. This opportunity arises due to significant investment and NPD activities at a large, world-class manufacturing site.

About The Role

The company produces and manufactures various food products, focusing on innovation and quality. As a key member of the product development team, you will own process development projects, oversee process settings, and ensure smooth production from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead process development ensuring quality and efficiency
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders including retail teams and suppliers
• Manage project timelines and documentation for compliance
• Collaborate with teams to turn product briefs into reality
• Source raw materials and coordinate factory trials
• Manage factory processes for optimal quality standards
