Due to significant investment and NPD activities on a large, world-class manufacturing site, we have a recruitment drive for an NPD Process Specialist.

About The Role

We are proud to produce and manufacture many of our own food products, helping us stay close to our customers' needs. You'll be part of an exciting team creating delicious food products, whether innovating new items or perfecting existing ones. Your work will have a direct impact on our customers’ tables.

As a key player in our product development team, you’ll take ownership of process development projects, from concept to store launch, overseeing the process to ensure smooth and timely execution. You will also manage key factory process settings to ensure products are manufactured to the required specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Own the Process: Lead the development journey, ensuring every step is delivered with care.
2. Communicate Effectively: Keep all stakeholders, including retail teams and suppliers, informed about project progress.
3. Manage Timelines: Oversee project schedules and tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
4. Ensure Accuracy: Maintain precise documentation for regulatory compliance and consistency.
5. Collaborate: Work closely with colleagues to turn product briefs into reality, exceeding customer expectations.
6. Work with Suppliers: Source raw materials, collaborate, and handle paperwork to keep projects moving.
7. Factory Trials: Coordinate trials and oversee initial production runs to ensure quality and consistency.
8. Process Management: Optimize factory line settings to uphold high-quality standards.

About You

• Strong project management experience in Process control / NPD, with a track record from concept to launch.
• Relationship-building skills to maintain strong connections with colleagues and suppliers.
