Manucomm Recruitment Ltd is seeking a proactive Technical Support Manager in Leicester to join a growing manufacturing team. This office-based, full-time role centers on delivering new and existing product development projects, ensuring packaging, documentation and regulatory requirements are met, and driving successful launches.

Qualifications

• Experience managing technical documentation, specifications or packaging data.
• Knowledge of NPD, product launches or process improvement.
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A collaborative approach, working effectively with Quality, Production, Operations and Commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating New Product Development (NPD) and Existing Product Development (EPD).
• Producing and maintaining product specifications and technical documentation.
• Managing packaging specifications and artwork approvals.
• Coordinating product trials, testing, and product launches.
• Supporting cosmetic Production Information Files (PIFs) and regulatory documentation.
• Working closely with Quality, Production, and Technical teams to ensure compliance and successful project delivery.
• Supporting audits, raw material documentation, competitor analysis, and validation activities.
