Join a company that values creativity and collaboration, and make a significant impact in the beauty industry!
Our client was created with a single goal: to disrupt and reinvent the global nail salon industry. They are the fastest growing beauty services brand in the UK and are driven by a passionate and disruptive team in achieving their mission.
With ambition to become as known for a product brand, they develop product ranges for use in salons and for retail sale beyond, fulling B2B market needs as well as expansion into 3rd party consumer sales channels.
They have brought together a world class team from a wide range of industries. And as they are growing extremely fast, they need brilliant people (like you!) to join them on their journey and help them deliver their goal.
You will have experience as a NPD Manager, with a passion for beauty, and understanding of beauty consumer needs alongside a good understanding of the development process and supplier support needed to bring exciting and innovative new products to highly engaged consumers.
Reporting to the Head of NPD, and with significant liaison required with the Product Division COO, you will work across a breadth of product categories that may include nail colour, nail care, skincare (hand, body and foot focus), tools and accessories and lifestyle products.
