As the NPD Manager, you'll play a key role in driving the innovation pipeline, ensuring products are successfully developed, tested, and delivered to meet both consumer demand and customer expectations. You'll work cross-functionally with commercial, brand, and operations teams to ensure that each product launch aligns with business objectives and maintains the highest standards of quality.

Key responsibilities:
