Job summary

Decruz Search is seeking an NPD Manager for a growing beauty, cosmetics and wellness business in the Northwest of England. You will lead end-to-end product development from concept to launch, working closely with suppliers, packaging, artwork and regulatory teams.

This role offers hybrid or remote working and real ownership of the NPD process, with a chance to make a tangible impact across multiple categories. Ideally you have 2+ years of recent NPD experience in beauty or related FMCG sectors.

• Experience leading end-to-end product development in beauty or related FMCG sectors.
• Strong collaboration with packaging, artwork, regulatory, and supplier teams.
• Ability to translate consumer insight into successful product concepts.
