Job summary

Decruz Search is seeking an NPD Manager for a growing beauty, cosmetics and wellness business in the Northwest of England. You will lead end-to-end product development from concept to launch, working closely with suppliers, packaging, artwork and regulatory teams.

This role offers hybrid or remote working and real ownership of the NPD process, with a chance to make a tangible impact across multiple categories. Ideally you have 2+ years of recent NPD experience in beauty or related FMCG sectors.

I’m currently recruiting for an exciting NPD Manager opportunity with a growing beauty, cosmetics and wellness company based in the Northwest of England.

Location: Northwest of England

Working: Hybrid or Remote

We’re looking for an experienced NPD professional with ideally 2+ years of recent NPD experience, although strong candidates with relevant experience will also be considered.

The ideal background would be within beauty, cosmetics, skincare, haircare, wellness or personal care, but we’re also happy to consider candidates from FMCG and food, particularly where there is strong end to end product development experience.

You’ll be responsible for managing products from initial concept through to launch, working closely with suppliers, packaging, artwork, regulatory and internal teams.
