Salary: GBP45000 - GBP50000 per annum

Are you passionate about creating products that excite customers and drive growth?I'm looking for an experienced NPD Manager to join a fast-paced food manufacturing business and lead the journey from concept to launch.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll collaborate with commercial, technical and production teams to deliver innovative, customer-focused products that meet commercial targets.

What you’ll be doing

Manage NPD projects from initial brief to launch, ensuring they hit deadlines and deliver on quality and cost.

Lead line trials, product evaluations and presentations to customers.

Identify opportunities for new products that meet customer and market needs.

Work closely with colleagues across commercial, technical and operations to bring ideas to life.

Keep accurate records and ensure all projects follow the company’s NPD processes.

What we’re looking for

Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment, ideally with branded or own-label products.

A background in food technology, food engineering or a related discipline.

Strong communication skills and the confidence to work directly with customers.

Excellent planning and organisational skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time.

Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets and NPD systems.
