Job summary

MorePeople in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced NPD Manager to drive concept-to-launch for exciting food products. You will manage projects from brief through to launch, lead line trials, and present products to customers, while identifying market opportunities and ensuring cost-quality targets are met.

You will work with cross-functional teams across commercial, technical and operations to convert ideas into market-ready products and maintain rigorous project records within

Responsibilities

• Manage NPD projects from initial brief to launch, ensuring they hit deadlines and deliver on quality and cost.
• Lead line trials, product evaluations and presentations to customers.
• Identify opportunities for new products that meet customer and market needs.
• Work closely with colleagues across commercial, technical and operations to bring ideas to life.
• Keep accurate records and ensure all projects follow the company's NPD processes.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment, ideally with branded or own‑label products.
• A background in food technology, food engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to work directly with customers.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time.
• Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets and NPD systems.
