We are working with a well-established food manufacturing business who are seeking to appoint an experienced NPD Manager to join their team at their site in the East Riding of Yorkshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in driving innovation and delivering exciting new products.

Responsibilities

• Manage NPD, EPD and VAVE projects from concept through to handover, ensuring that all products meet customer, consumer and business expectations.
• Lead and manage development projects and site initiatives, ensuring timelines, specifications and budgets are achieved.
• Manage the full stage gate process, provide regular project updates, and support the development team in generating innovative product ideas.
• Work closely with finance and commercial teams to ensure accurate recipes and yields are delivered to agreed timescales.
• Attend post-launch reviews to provide insight and support.
