Description

  1. Manage the full NPD gate process ensuring all stakeholders are kept up to date and all customer dates are achieved, including chairing the Weekly NPD meeting.
  2. Understand factory processes and recipe management to identify potential savings.
  3. Support engineering on capex projects with process support for product development as required.
  4. Benchmark competitor products and facilitate internal tasting sessions and buy-back sessions.
  5. Manage costings for all NPD & EPD projects.
  6. Present at customer NPD sessions.
  7. Collaborate cross-departmentally to deliver briefs promptly, supporting technical teams with relevant paperwork, HACCP, etc.
  8. Approve new packaging, including inner and outer packaging requirements.
  9. Organize and document all relevant information systematically.

Profile

  • 3-5 years of NPD/process experience within a food manufacturing environment.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and achievement-oriented.
  • Value-driven with consumer, customer, and industry awareness.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at various levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
