Job summary

Zest is seeking an NPD Developer to join its fast-paced food manufacturing division. You will support the full development journey from concept to launch, working with the NPD Manager and tasting products with chefs and suppliers.

The role offers exposure to market data documentation, supplier visits, and collaborative customer meetings. A degree in Food Science, Nutrition or a related subject is ideal, with up to a year of experience in food manufacture or NPD, and a proactive, team-focused

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail.
• Degree in Food Science, Nutrition or a related subject would be ideal.
• Up to a year’s experience in food manufacturing or NPD is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support the wider NPD team throughout the development process.
• Prepare customer documentation such as market data forms and submission sheets.
• Attend supplier visits and taste testing sessions; contribute to customer meetings.
• Assist in delivering product presentations to clients as you gain experience.
