Job summary

Refresco is recruiting an NPD Technologist to lead new product development from concept to launch across brand, retail and co-manufacturing accounts, in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a science or food technology background with NPD experience in FMCG or beverage manufacturing, be a confident communicator, proactive, highly organised and passionate about product innovation.

Responsibilities

• Lead NPD and EPD projects from concept to launch, ensuring development processes are followed, milestones met, and stakeholders kept informed.
• Develop and deliver innovative, commercially viable products that meet briefs, legal requirements and quality standards across brand, retail and co-manufacturing accounts.
• Build strong customer relationships, acting as the key contact for projects and leading presentations, innovation sessions and product reviews.
• Support, coach and collaborate with Technologists and cross-functional teams to ensure successful development, implementation and launch.
• Drive continuous improvement through benchmarking, market analysis, product optimisation and identification of growth opportunities.
• Maintain compliance with Health & Safety, Hygiene and Good Housekeeping standards, reporting hazards and supporting a safe working environment.
