NPD Assistant

We have an exciting opportunity at Higgidy within our New Product Development Team! This role is perfect for someone starting their career within the Food Industry, where you will gain valuable experience working with industry experts and across departments within a food manufacturing setting.

What will you be DOING?

• Stock checks, restocking ambient and freezer ingredients when necessary
• Organising tasting sessions and benchmarking sessions
• End of week clear down & kitchen deep clean monthly (collective)
• Carry out cooking instructions for new products
• Organising samples - book couriers and package up
• Booking ingredients on our internal systems
• Fetch new raw materials / contingency raw materials
• Check specifications before passing to technologists to use
