An established London law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Practice Manager to oversee operational and strategic business functions. Reporting to the equity partners, the role is based in SW11, London, with flexible hybrid working.

The Senior Practice Manager will manage all practice operations, including finance, HR, compliance, facilities, and risk. Acting as the key link between partners, -earners, and support teams, the post-holder will drive process improvements, enhance collaboration, and support long-term growth.

Strong finance experience is essential. Responsibilities include billing, account reconciliation, debt recovery, payroll, tax submissions, and cash-flow management, ensuring financial stability, compliance, and informed strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have experience in senior operations or practice management within a law firm or professional services environment, with knowledge of SRA compliance, HR, finance, and risk management. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills are required, alongside a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
