JOB DESCRIPTION

Phoenix Care Staff is seeking compassionate, experienced, and dedicated Senior Care Assistants to deliver exceptional person-centred care to vulnerable adults across residential, nursing, and supported living settings.

We value strong partnerships with our clients and work closely with them to meet their staffing needs.

Requirements include at least 12 months of UK experience and a NVQ Level 3 in health and social care. We also offer online mandatory training if you do not have the required certificates.

The role of a Senior Care Assistant involves:
