About the Job:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Senior Care Assistant to work in an excellent care home located in Halewood, Liverpool. You will be working for one of the UK’s leading healthcare providers.

This care home specializes in caring for residents living with dementia, ensuring excellent residential care and comfort from a passionate team committed to high standards.

Minimum Qualification: NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care

Key Duties:
  • Manage the care team within the home
  • Ensure care staff adhere to CQC guidelines while providing exceptional care to residents
  • Promote and deliver high standards of care and supervise staff
  • Instruct less experienced staff to contribute effectively to resident care
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • Experience working in an elderly care setting
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and well-organized
  • Team player with the ability to work independently
  • Dependable, able to work under pressure and flexible
  • Previous supervisory experience in a care/nursing home setting
Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate will receive an hourly rate of £13.50, totaling an annual salary of £15,444. This is a permanent part-time role for 22 hours per week, working night shifts. Benefits include:
