About the Job:

Main duties of the job

1. HCAs deliver and assist clinical staff in the provision of treatment, preventative care, health promotion, and patient education. Working as part of the multidisciplinary team, you will assist in caring for the practice's patient population.
2. As part of our nursing team, you will help improve patient care by carrying out simple clinical observations and investigations, such as dipstick tests, blood pressures, phlebotomy, annual review tests, and NHS health checks. You will also support the smooth operation of clinical services by ensuring that clinical spaces are properly and safely stocked.
3. The HCA must work within their scope of practice and escalate concerns to a senior clinician when necessary.
4. Training will be provided, and you will work under the supervision of registered clinicians for clinical tasks.
