We are seeking Health Care Assistants to join us on a bank contract for our NHS Health Checks Service.

We will support the successful candidate with induction and training, along with regular supervision. Your safety and support are important to us.

  • You should have previous experience in community outreach or public health initiatives, familiar with NHS Health Checks and their objectives.
  • You should have experience with Microsoft Office Applications and Rota Systems.
  • You should be adaptable and sensitive when working with diverse populations.

Contract type:

This is a bank contract working across various locations in Suffolk and Waveney. Shifts will be across daytime, evening, and weekend hours.
