The role is part-time, Thursday 08:30-17:30 and Friday 08:30-16:30, totaling 15 hours 30 minutes per week. You will greet patients, handle calls, and manage appointments while supporting the dental team.

Qualifications

• Reception experience, ideally in a clinical setting.
• Maths/English GCSE or equivalent.
• Passion for customer and patient care.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and manage front-desk enquiries.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments for the dental team.
• Support the practice operations to run smoothly on a daily basis.
