Sirona Medical are looking to recruit Healthcare Assistants to work with our client on an Agency/Locum basis in Nottingham.

This service is a social justice charity helping vulnerable people improve their lives by addressing social exclusion, inequality, and deprivation. They offer services in education, housing, substance misuse treatment, and reoffending prevention.

Duties include:

• Providing support to your own caseload and facilitating rental income and benefits
• Assisting clients to access local support services
• Conducting initial assessments of service users
• Designing and delivering support or learning plans
• Creating risk assessments
• Maintaining high standards

Candidate requirements:

• Experience in housing or residential work
• Experience working with young people
• Multi-agency partnership working skills
• Knowledge of welfare benefits and funding programs related to housing and support needs

This role involves shift work from Monday to Sunday on a rota system. A driver’s license and own vehicle are desirable. DBS clearance is required.
