Job description

Are you ready to take the next step in your veterinary career? We have a fantastic opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon to join our client's friendly and progressive companion animal practice located on the northern outskirts of Nottingham City. One of the team is leaving after 6 ½ wonderful years, so they are looking for someone to fill her shoes and join the supportive and dedicated team.

The Role:

This is an ideal position for a Vet eager to develop professionally while taking on more clinical responsibility, both medically and surgically. You'll work alongside a fantastic team of six Vets, Registered Veterinary Nurses (RVNs), and a skilled support team. The vets have special interests in areas such as dentistry, cardiology, and orthopedics, and one of the team members is currently pursuing a certificate in medicine.

Since 2004, this clinic has been dedicated to delivering the highest standards of care to pets across Nottingham. They have built strong relationships with clients and are proud recipients of the ISFM Silver Cat Friendly Clinic Award. The practice supports continuous professional development and is also a Vet Nurse training centre. They operate across two branches – with all operations and in-patient care provided at their state-of-the-art Surgery, which opened in 2014.
