Not For Profit / Public Sector Recruitment Consultant – Location: London. Duration: Permanent. Reference RB1029.

My client is a specialist Not-For-Profit/Public Sector recruitment boutique that differentiates itself by working with a select set of clients and providing a high-service offering. They are not a volume agency; they choose their clients and candidates with equal care and are looking to hire experienced consultants to join the team as they expand.

The founder established a specialist agency that sits between executive search and contingent recruitment. They are a couple of years old and are looking to further grow by bringing in senior consultants with strong networks in the public/NFP sector.

There is an entrepreneurial culture, and roles offer autonomy with potential for equity in the business for directors. Strong base salaries up to £70k are available, along with a generous commission/benefits package.

Responsibilities
  • Own and manage recruitment engagements for Not-For-Profit and Public Sector clients, from candidate sourcing and screening to offer management.
  • Develop and leverage a strong network within the third sector to identify high-calibre candidates and build client relationships.
  • Operate with autonomy, delivering best-in-class service while aligning with the firm’s selective, relationship-led approach.
  • Collaborate with leadership on business development and growth initiatives, maintaining a high level of client and candidate confidentiality and integrity.
