Job summary

DataAnnotation is a flexible, remote platform where 1M+ experts help train the world’s leading AI models. You will evaluate AI translations and localization tasks in real projects, using your Norwegian linguist judgment to identify errors, explain failures, and score reasoning.

This role is fully remote and project-based, with ongoing opportunities. You’ll contribute by reviewing frontier model outputs, providing clear, correct feedback, and writing improved responses when models fall short.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in languages or a closely related field.
• Clear written English: your explanations are the training signal.
• No degree required. We care about what you can do, not where you learned it.

Responsibilities

• Review what frontier models produce on real languages tasks and rate the quality.
• Bring your norwegian linguist judgment: find the errors, explain the failure, and score the reasoning.
• Write the better answer when the model falls short: clear, correct, and genuinely useful.
