Oakmere Motor Group is looking for a confident, motivated Norton Brand Expert to represent one of Britain’s most iconic motorcycle brands at our Prestbury boutique.

This full‑time role offers variety every day; welcoming customers, showcasing the Norton range, making outbound calls to warm leads, coordinating test rides, and keeping our boutique showroom looking exceptional. You’ll often run the boutique independently, so we’re looking for a self‑starter who enjoys taking ownership and switching between tasks with ease.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a premium, personalised Norton experience for every visitor
• Make outbound calls to warm leads provided by Norton; inviting customers in, booking test rides, and supporting sales
• Maintain showroom standards, including moving motorcycles safely
• Manage daily boutique operations and customer enquiries
• Build strong product knowledge across the Norton range

What We’re Looking For

• Confident communicator, especially on the phone
• Motivated, proactive and comfortable working independently
• Able to multitask
• Customer‑focused with a passion for motorcycles
• A motorcycle licence is preferred but not essential. However, an interest in working towards achieving one would be a real advantage.

Working pattern is full‑time, Monday to Saturday, with one weekday off each week. Saturday is part of our core boutique experience and forms a standard working day.
