Position: Northgate Application Lead

Role Overview

This role is responsible for providing application support services directly to users of the systems or to service delivery functions. You will manage and lead the daily activities, performance, and development of a team of Application Analysts. Ensuring requests and incidents are responded to within SLAs and that customers receive excellent service.

Skills and Knowledge

• Coordinating application upgrades, liaising with business users and software suppliers, and leading UAT.
• Investigating, diagnosing, and resolving system issues; writing test scripts.
• Writing SQL queries; leading system development and implementation of new functionalities.
• Proven experience supporting line-of-business applications in complex environments.
• Experience in digital transformation within an organization.
• Supporting housing management systems, specifically Northgate Housing, Civica Universal Housing, or Keystone.
• Understanding of business processes related to housing management.
• Experience managing interfaces and system integrations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work successfully with stakeholders, including senior managers, suppliers, partner organizations, and public services.
• Experience in managing and developing a team.
