Job summary

Responsibilities

• Install and remove IT and network equipment at customer and office locations.
• Set up desks, workstations, monitors, peripherals, and cabling.
• Support office moves, openings, closures, and equipment refreshes.
• Decommission equipment, recover assets, and dispose securely.
• Conduct site surveys and prepare locations for IT installs.
• Maintain accurate asset, inventory, and deployment records.
• Coordinate with suppliers, facilities, and tech teams for delivery.
• Follow health and safety procedures on customer premises.
• Provide basic post-install checks and handover to end users.
