Job summary

Prysmian, based in Leeds, is seeking an experienced M&S Northern Area Manager to lead installation staff for HV systems. You will manage engineers and operatives, ensuring delivery in line with the M&S Business Manager and company standards.

Candidates should hold a degree or have extensive project and site management experience in the high voltage cable sector. Strong leadership, planning, and communication are essential, as is a proactive approach to safety and performance.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification or extensive project/site management training in HV cable industry.
• Strong leadership, prioritisation and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication across all levels and departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and direct a team of engineers and operatives in line with the M&S Business Manager.
• Coordinate weekly planning, team briefs, SHEQ and company communications.
• Champion Continuous Improvement to achieve KPIs.
• Develop Prysmian’s regional presence and set up a reactive maintenance service.
