This position requires a mature individual capable of developing a strong business strategy, working closely on analytical and financial aspects, and ensuring a healthy business through effective control of all product activities.

The role acts as a link between Retail and Headquarters to ensure productive seasonal buying and sell-through, aligned with competition trends and client needs. The objective is to facilitate sales and implement business initiatives.

The position reports directly to the Northern Europe General Manager and the Merchandising Europe Director.

  • Control product selection and movement within Northern Europe, supporting the business through:
  • Monitoring sales by product category versus budget.
  • Identifying high-performing categories and taking actions to boost sales (reordering, transfers).
  • Addressing low-performing categories with solutions (incentives, PR & marketing support, cancellations, feedback to buyers).
  • Tracking seasonal sell-through to meet the 70% value objective across stores.
  • Providing reports on product performance, competition, and new arrivals to drive profitability.
  • Developing and implementing internal transfer procedures to support global sales and maximize stock movement.
  • Monitoring warehouse-to-store transfers for outlet operations and resolving issues.
  • Coordinating with operations for timely delivery of Uber luxury products to clients.
  • Overseeing ‘made to order’ products for efficient client delivery.
  • Ensuring auto-replacement levels are maintained to maximize sales.
  • Creating product training and induction programs for retail staff, conducting regular sessions for new and existing employees.
  • Identifying training needs with managers to reinforce sell-through results.
  • Briefing the retail team on new collections in collaboration with the Retail Performance Director.
  • Organizing viewing sessions for upcoming collections upon stock arrival.

Skills required:

Excellent analytical and communication skills, emotional intelligence, sales-driven mindset, dynamism, knowledge of competition, impeccable grooming, leadership by example, humility, and a human approach.

Experience Required:

  • Previous product management experience in retail, preferably in luxury goods.
  • Thorough knowledge of product management functions and boutique analysis.
